Went in to purchase a charm for Christmas. I had to wait about 15-20minutes before looking at the charms. After Finally looking at the charms you had to go and stand in another line to pay for your stuff. That was wrapped around the corner. There were only two people checking out. I had to leave and come back the next day. It was horrible.

Not friendly enough and engaged with other customers when I arrived before they did. I had my bracelet cleaned while I waited, after purchasing a necklace w/pendant , which I wasn't satisfied with the chain, I left the store, only to find out that they did not include my graduation charm on my bracelet. I had to return to the mall for my charm. Not happy, have to be careful in the future with cleaning.

Being a manager myself in a business that customer service is our top priority, it was surprising to me that such a popular brand such as yours has associates that are so sour. If the reason my visit to your store was not so important to me i would have declined on the sale and walked out. When i walked in ,i first saw two ladies working and two other customers in the store so i thought this shouldn’t take long. One of your employees was on the phone and the other was helping a customer.as i made my way through the store i noticed another male employee standing towards the back of the store and it seemed he was just cleaning something. I found what i was looking for and then stood there for several long minutes waiting for someone to help. The male employee finally came to the front and it was very obvious he didn’t want to be working on this day. I asked him was he having a rough day and he answered with “he don’t get enough sleep”. Really is that my problem???? If i would have been the manager on duty and was paying attention to my associates, he would have been sent home.
