Customer service really bad not the Pandora service I am used to,

Poor customer service

Your staff makes black people wait in line but a privileged white woman was able to walk in and shop no wait. After alerting your staff, nothing changed. The old lady with gray hair is racist.

The sales rep was extremely rude and lied about pricing of the charms to upsell us.

Plus, now I’m stuck with another credit card I won’t use. The salesperson said just cut it up!

I waited in line for an hour then I didn’t get the free bracelet. This was an on line order for pickup

There was only 2 people working and they had 2 people in the store and the entrances were roped off. One of the employees was talking to one guy the whole time and not about pandora. The lady that was helping me took a phone call in the middle of talking to me and she was on the phone for at least 10 mins

Associates very rude. The girl who waited on me was very nice but 2 other African American female associates were talking to each other about me. The one girl just stood there staring at me making me very uncomfortable.

The sales associate moved slower than a turtle. She seemed annoyed with me. I wanted to see a lot of different items and she made me feel like I was bothering her. I spent almost $200. If I would have had a nicer associate I would have spent $500

Sales associate did not explain that last chance merchandise could not be returned and did not advise when merchandise was paid in cash it would be given in a check within 14 days or depending if the store had enough cash.
