The clerk knew next to nothing. There was a little in the way of stock. There was a shortage of bracelets, as well as charms. What kind of store operates this way when they don’t have the product people are coming in to buy? Then she didn’t even offer alternatives.

There were only two sales people working the day after Christmas. The wait was extremely long. I went to the store looking for a charm that the website stated was in stock only to be told it had been out of stock for over a week.

The vendor smelled really bad. She showed no interested at all to sell. She showed me the catalog instead of the products. It would be better to buy online. Such a waste of time.

I love my Pandora Bracelet. We waited in the store for about 15 minutes before someone came over to help us. The sales associate was on the phone assisting another customer, but then when she came to help me, she said the charms on the set up plate were for her! I thought they were for a customer, so was she on the phone looking for charms for herself, while there were at least 5 customers in the store? Consider putting the prices on the back of the charm pillows, so the associate does not have to look through the booklet each time. It's annoying and it makes them look like that are not familiar with the products.

The male sales associate who helped me was not very knowledgeable, not friendly and overall incompetent. When the manager finally came to help the item I was looking for was quickly found. What should have been a 10 min visit was 45 min. i almost walked out

I am requesting that a district or regional manager or direct supervisor of Irna contact me directly with an explanation of this poor treatment. I am Polish and English is not my first language, so behavior exhibited by the manager can very easily be taken as discrimination. +1 (646) 641-6642. There was not enough space to detail the entire situation.

Sales Associate Annisha was rude and very unprofessional. Her attitude and demeanor was very unpleasant. I waited over 20 minutes to be acknowledged and when I asked was there anyone else working she got an attitude and said no, then asked in a rude sharp tone, what’s up do you want something? Excuse me, I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t. Ten minutes after the encounter another sales associate came from the back. She didn’t thank me for the purchase and placed my receipt on the counter. She greeted the couple that came in after me and was pleasant. Besides her, I was the only minority in the store. I will no longer conduct business at that location. She needs diversity and professionalism training.
