This store was very short staffed for the volume of customers at this location. I went in for what should have been an quick online order pick-up and waited in line for many customers ahead of me to make actual jewelry selections and purchases in-store. There should be a designated employee for order pick-ups so that these customers don't end up in the same line as customers who are trying to decide what to buy in-store.

The sales associate who helped us was not friendly at all and she was not even friendly with her coworker. So rude and unprofessional and smelled like she just came back from smoking. First we waited 15 mins to be helped and then we get someone who was so unprofessional.

Not paying attention to me as I was making selections. Bouncing between customers before one transaction was complete.

My mother, sister and myself went to get some charms and get a special matching charm because my sister was visiting for my moms birthday. The sales associate was rude and she acted like we were wasting her time. We each made separate purchases and spent over $1000 between the 3 of us. No matter how much we spent I don’t want to get treated like that. We also asked if she would clean our bracelets for us, she kept ignoring the question and finally said yes I’ll do it. She was gone “cleaning” the bracelets for no more than 30-45 seconds and needless to say they weren’t very clean. Never Again!!

The sales associate wasn’t very friendly. She almost seemed bothered. I asked if she could order and out of stock item online and have it shipped to store. She says we can’t do that! She then proceeded to pick up a sign and place it in front of me and say “ you can scan the code and order online yourself and I can put in my number to get you free shipping! As much money as I and others spend in this store or with this brand . The least they should be able to do is make an in store online order for a customer. I don’t know , but it seems like the more I visit this store , it seems that you need to know what you want slo before speaking with an associate. I often feel rushed.I’m uncertain if this is the culture or individuals. This is off putting.

The sales lady was not very welcoming to my husband and I until she found out that I had already picked out everything I wanted online. As soon as she realized that she was going to make a 300 sale in 10 minutes she suddenly became very nice. She was helping someone else when we arrived and we were waiting outside of the store behind a rope. When she finished with the other person she did not greet us or acknowledge us in any way. Then she spent 5 minutes cleaning and spraying everything. Finally she greeted us... not with a smile or anything. I told her I wanted a bracelet and she stated pulling things out. Then I told her that I already picked it everything I wanted online and she became nicer. I don't know if it was because she was black and we were white. The person she was helping before us was black and they were having a good old time.

You apparently no longer carry the reflexions alphabets for the flat bracelets. I was told to look for them at other non-Pandora atores. There was only one type of alphabets in to select from. Limited selection.

The sale person did not show and interest body language was very bad like I was bothering her when I walked in the store no one asked can I help you they only spoke when I entered the store I had to ask for help. This was my first time purchasing a bracelet. I will not visit this location again very poor customer service. I would have purchased more but person helping me didn’t show any interest in making a sale.
