There were three sales associates not helping anyone, they were standing by each talking when we entered the store, it took them awhile to notice that we were there

One associate helping a young couple with rings. Manager busy with highlighter at main desk. Asked me to wait while she finished highlighting a document. Second associate returned from lunch, so wait was brief but not the nice experience your price point would imply. Also, selection hugely limited-told that spring selection would be arriving in a month. Mom needs a bracelet bead for her bday now.

Went to the store because of the 45% off sale & all the items that’s on sale was out of stock & the store isn’t restocking any sale items before the sale ends.

While I understand this is a very busy time for retail, this particular location needs a better system in place to serve the customers in the order they arrive. We were told we had to "get in line" behind the ropes and watched two sales associates serve people who just walked up to the counter. When I mentioned the fact that we had been in line for 10 minutes, a sales associate looked around (she was with a customer) and then went back to her business. When she finished with her customer, she took us next.

There were 7 or 8 employees in the store about 5 ppl walked right passed me and my husband and did not even acknowledge us, finally one lady turned around and asked us if we needed help, while she was visiting with the other employee, I will not return to that store, very unprofessional and If I didn’t need a gift I would have walked out.

Sales associate was very indifferent and didn't really seem to want to help me. Had my bracelet cleaned and purchased a bead as a gift. He just walked off with my bracelet without telling me what he was doing. Other stores count my beads in my presence and give me a receipt before taking my bracelet. He gave me no receipt to prove it was my bracelet upon my return to pick it up.

Because we are not served right the guy that served us even for get to package our merchandise and I went online every things we buy where lower than the store.

The sales associate act as if though I was a bother to her. She was not very pleasant to work with. I purchase 6 charms and not once did she make real eye contact or even offer any suggestions. I've been in store serval times and have always had a good experience until this trip. Her customer service skills real sucked.

My daughter was shopping for me. Just had surgery and couldn’t leave the house. My daughter had an exchange she rudely said you can exchange after i see proof you purchased it here. Instead of “great i can help. Do you have the receipt or email?” . She showed the email and the lady couldn’t pull it up. She asked for the number or address associated. All information was on the email. Maybe the service was the was it was because my daughter is 19 and was with 2 friends. Seems like after she called me and I shared what I wanted over the phone the lady’s attitude changed. Money is money. No matter the age all money spends and should warded the same service as a paying customer
