I don't think it's fair that if an item is not available in store and has to be order it will not count as part if promotional purchase. You're penalizing me for the store's inventory being low?

First reason was salesperson was very slow though through all she was just slow and kept trying to get me things I had not ask for or did not want

My online order didn’t go through , I had to call customer service and the representative canceled my order and I didn’t want that , so I had to use a different card to purchase in store because my money was on hold from the online transaction

The rep was very hasty, harsh demeanor, and body language gave off agitation. However that would not stop me from doing business with company for i have had other experiences that left me with a smile. The store is always clear, bright, and most staff are eager and ready to assist with all needs.

Store was hot and everything I wanted was not available. What I wanted was not related to Mothers Day.

We entered this store twice during our mall visit. The first visit, my friend bought a ring. But, when we entered the store, we were not greeted nor even acknowledged. We had to ask the single worker if we could be assisted. We then noticed that every other worker was in the back room. The second visit, we were assisted slightly faster, but the woman could not keep her mask on correctly. She kept fumbling with it.

There were 4 salesperson on duty and it took minutes for one to approach me. No one else was in the stor.
