Not enough sales people working. I was #7 in waiting line and it moved very slowly.

It was so crowded that it was hard to tell what was going on and to keep up with your sales personas she was moving from case to case.

I had to wait for quite a while before being waited on. There were three sales associates but they were all busy with customers. I only needed one charm but I had to wait for people who were putting together complete ensembles and that takes awhile. Maybe there should be a runner for customers who have smaller/quicker needs.

Sales staff was very nice, helpful and patient. Several of the items I wanted were not in stock which was frustrating. I also wish that your rings were truly stackable and rings that had gens with them interlocked with other rings instead of having to have a gap/space between them. I also wish that your charms were not so oxidized looking. Would love to see more of your dangles and charms that were more shiny.

I was disappointed the sales person did not tell me about the upcoming buy two get one free sale . I would have postponed my purchases and actually spent more knowing about it.

Not enough clerks to assist with the volume of people in the store and had to wait for about 20 mins for assistance.

Staff wasn't very attentive and I felt a slight attitude with one of them, a little more coaching would help out a lot. They know the business they're in and you don't just let money walk out the door but that's exactly what I did until my friend called me back. Once seeing that I really wanted to make a purchase we had 3 people helping me which was nice, but should've happened almost immediately after walking in. We were the only customers in the store at least six associates working yet we got to ignore it once we first stepped in. Overall I did get what I WANTED! so I'm happy!
