Pandora Jewelry

I did not feel like my desire to purchase charms was appreciated. I was offered charms that were not up to Pandora standards and the sales associated lacked enthusiasm to find me suitable options. I purchased what was suitable and stated I will go to another store for the other charms.

Sales person sold my husband one bracelet for $286 instead of giving him the same bracelet but comes in a set of two with earrings for $299, when we asked her about it. My husband was in the store and my friend was on the phone speaking with the associate. Highly disappointed that I had to go back to the store

The salesperson seemed impatient and unfriendly. Seemed to want me to hurry up.

Some items are over priced.

When we arrived, the store was very crowded and all the salespeople were busy. We waited about 10 mins. and no salesperson even nodded at us or told us they were sorry for the wait and would be with us shortly. We left, shopped in another store, and returned in about 30 mins. This time, a sales associate was available.

The sales associate was very slow. She never once smiled and acted like she didn’t want to be there. She was very unfamiliar with the tablet she was using or the system was having problems but we have no idea what because she barely said 5 words.

Would have liked better selection.

Store was very hot and crowded ( which I expected). They had a sign to form a line which I was in and 2 people were helped before me that just walked in and up to the counter. Guess the squeaky wheels get heard before people that follow the rules.

I was satisfied with the Pandora store. I live 3 hours from this store, so it is not likely I will be in that store in the next few months. I do have the option of shopping online at the West Co store if there is an item I need.
