Pandora Jewelry

I would of liked to be shown more products. The display boxes were rapidly stored away. Wasn’t offered more variety of merchandise.

I have had better experiences at Pandora. The associate was not very conversational and the store was not to busy to where she did not have time to incorporate a more personable experience.

Hard to find the bracelet I wanted and didnt have the size I wanted in any style. I've came here before to bring back my bracelet that broke and the sales girl was extremely rude and wouldn't exchange my bracelet. The ladies that I encounter this time were extremely helpful and sweet.

The sales leader in the store was not very friendly. She actually seemed annoyed that she had to get the jewelry out of the case. I wanted to look at several pieces and did not seem to want to show me. The other retail clerk at the store however, was very friendly and I was glad that she took over

Well the charms were not all easily available to see, they were apparently restocking, charms are stacked in the trays on top of one another in the cases so I couldn’t see the variety all at once

The guy was very nice. The other lady not waiting on me was nice too. Everybody in the store was just so nice.

The attitude of the sales associates were lackluster. It seemed to me as though they didn’t want to be there. I also didn’t get any box or paperwork to go with my bracelet.

Price can be cheaoer

The sales personnels were welcoming but were not very enthusiastic about giving more information on the products or providing more options. They were just showing us what we asked them for. But it would have been really good if they had offered some more options or information beyond the displayed items as all the Pandora collections are awesome. It felt like they just wanted to be done with us ASAP. I love Pandora and all the collections but in future may prefer another location or online shopping.

The only reason I did not give it a Highlt Satisfied was because it took a while to get waited on and no one approached me in the store to ask if I needed help.
