Was confused about the sale that was going on

First visit I really didn't have any expectation. I think there is always room for improvement. There was only a few selection to choose from.

I’m satisfied. But your sizing is different and you don’t care larger sizes. I had my name on a watch list since Nov of 2018 and never got the item.

I was satisfied with my visit. I guess it just wasn't exceptional which is why I did not rate it highly satisfied.

This is less options, which makes me to take long time to find the one that I like.

I noticed there was not enough sales clerk to assist and long waiting line. Also difficulty finding charms I wanted due to non availability.

Highly satisfied is very rare indeed. Above and beyond. Leaving the customer delighted. This sales person was very competent and professional.

The sales associate stopped waiting on me to help another customer who already had a sales associate helping them.

they had a waiting line, which I stood in for quite a while. Meanwhile, there were people wandering throught the store looking at products. all the girls were in the center kiosk waiting on people in order but at the back counter, there was a woman working and she would see someone wondering through the store and she would ask them if they had been helped and of course they said no and she would wait on them ahead of us in line. very unprofessional and rude.
