After looking at the merchandise for a short time, I finally decided on an item. The sales associate advised that they didn't have the size I was looking for. She suggested a similar item, but then they looked and advised that it was also unavailable in the size i was looking for.

Service and staff were great. I was wanting a birthstone charm but was told that they are being redesigned and not available until February 2020. I was disappointed as it was to be a Christmas gift for my daughter in law who had a new baby and wanted to add to her bracelet. The associate Susan showed me some other charms (Since diamond was birthstone) and I purchased another charm. Still disappointed that it will not meet the other charms my daughter in law has of her other children but understand change.

Salespeople were initially snotty and not inclined to be helpful. I was purchasing an item as a gift for someone else and was not as familiar with the merchandise as they would have preferred. They initially told me they did not carry anything like what I was looking for. When I told them it stated on line that they had it in stock, they went to look and found it.

The sales associate seemed to be distracted until she learned we where actually making a purchase. I base this on the experience we had the night before, when I didn’t have my PCC to purchase at the time that associate was wonderful. I wish she was there. Then she gave me an unmarked bag with coffee stains on it... yuck!!! But over all I’m happy with my purchase.

I was not dissatisfied with my visit. I had done some research on products online prior to my visit and when the items were seen in person, they didn’t look how I thought they would.
