Products and proper size were not available

I was looking for a certain charm did not have, pricing online on items was lower, store did not have items in store, in store pricing was higher.

I was not able to get the charms I wanted but nothing bad on the associate I actually like this one better than the galleria it’s more people perfect

I was given a price on a charm at checkout rang up more $20 more review prices, not very many items was on sale just a few more sale items, pricing can get better a little more affordable. Keeping it 100% 😊

I was looking for nurse charms and the option were limited to two things, which was a little disappointing.

Something I would like to see is bigger sized rings . I can only wear your rings on my pinky as of now and would like to see size 11 in your rings . Not everyone has tiny fingers. Thank you!

When I initially came in, I was not greeted by the three associates standing behind the counter. I had to ask for help because neither of the three sales associate turned around to assist me. Mind you there was only me an another customer in the store. The other customer and the two people with her seemed to know one of the sales associate, so they were all focused on that customer. I almost walked out of the store after, I asked for help 3 times before I was helped.

Everything went really well with Damara , she was very pleasant and helpful when we walked into the store. The other sales associate that was working with her was very rude and never spoke to us. She actually was being very rude to Damara in front of us and it made our experience very uncomfortable . Aside from the poor customer service from 1 employee I would recommend to others . Racism should not exist in any store !

Everything about my visit was great, but I was a little surprised at the limited selection of charms for the bracelet which was a gift.
