I went to that store because my daughter's Pandora ring was broken and I was hopping someone will be able to help me with fixing it or replacing it, unfortunately, I was told they are not going to help me with the broken ring, the ring was a gift and we had no receipt. We ended up purchasing exactly the same ring because the ring is very meaningful to my daughter.

We will not return to the store because we are on vacation and will not be back in the area nor do we know anyone to recommend the store. I was not highly satisfied because I went looking for a charm, like the Arch, that was symbolic of St. Louis. There was none to be had. It wasn't the store's fault because Pandora doesn't make this specific charm. The sales person, Stephine, also asked if I wanted a bag for my charm I purchased or did I just want to put it in the Brighton bag I was carrying. I thought it strange that she would not want me to carry a Pandora bag around the mall as advertisement. I guess I am used to the Pandora experience in other places.

Only issue I had was the store didn’t have a couple of charms I really needed.

The mall opened at 11, and apparently the store didn't open till 12. The gates/doors were open, but there was a barricade you had to stand behind. There were 2 ladies, not overly friendly cleaning the counter, and one was counting money. I said good morning, and 1 looked over and said we will be with you in a moment. I went in, and said what charm I was looking for. The lady kept showing me, one at a time, from the box behind the counter. I couldn't even look at all the choices. Very disappointed in the service in selecting. I was wanting something special for a wedding. I felt like they didn't care if I was there or not. I have purchased several things from Pandora and love their selection and product. There was a line of people waiting to come in and only 2 customers at a time. Not a good experience.

I recently lost a bracelet and went in to replace the charms. Most charms were not available especially travel charms from other cities.

I went to the store in Mother’s Day (may 9). The line outside the store was long. It took 45 to one hour to see one clerk. But once inside the experience was great. Amber the sale person was very kind and patient with me. I was very quick on what I want to purchase and new what I want too. I would recommend this store to anybody. Thank you!!

There was only 1 associate working and a line of 20 ppl to get in. I waited with my mother for 1.5 hours, we were 3rd in line to get in and my mother is elderly and can not stand well. This visit was brutal! To have 1 associate on staff was atrocious!

The majority of the charms I came to purchase were out of stock. Although there was a sale there was not a great selection of sale items.
