The sales person was unable to look up my pandora account so I could make a purchase

I was the only person in line and still had to wait to be acknowledged. Luckily I had picked out a bracelet style and Charms I wanted to look at online before visiting the store for the very first time. The very nice salesgirl couldn't find the bracelet for a while and had trouble finding one of the charms yet I knew it was in stock along with every charm I selected at this store online. Everything worked out and the salesgirl was very helpful about how to open the bracelet and where to attach it. She was very informative about keeping it in a baggie although this store is backorder on the real tarnish controlling bag so I'll have to return to the store. She was very nice and warned not to wear it 24/7, keep away from heat and cold, do not store in the Pandora box and told me to enjoy my bracelet and Charms, very nice.

i'd only wish that there'd be more quantity and selections when sales occur. After signing up for the credit card i now understand how/why the selections are so limited as card members have first dibs to sales. This sales approach can be a little frustrating for those who dont/cant secure a credit card,

The process can be a little difficult when there are many people in the store. Sales associates are stumbling over one another as it’s too much going on. The lack of stock of some merchandise.

There was no direction on where to wait while waiting to be served at the store. There was no acknowledgement by the staff as I waited outside the store to enter. Once inside the store the sales associate was very nice and helpful but a simple acknowledgement while waiting would have been so nice.

The clasp of one of my bracelets got caught on something and broke. There is no form of repair available. This is frustrating. The other bracelet has a clasp that isn’t secure, caused me to lose 4 charms. Again NO way to repair at Pandora. It feels like Pandora doesn’t stand behind their product.

I have visited other Pandora in other cities, And they were more stocked and had more of a reasonable price on merchandise

i understand that their protocols during Covid but one of the sales associates found it funny with the person she was waiting on to laugh at how long others were waiting for service. i believe her name was Gretchen
