The person checking us out was very nice and pleasant. But the store is somewhat smaller and we were close to a door going into the mall. My husband was with us and went in/out about 3 times and the owner of the store pretty much told him to stop because him coming in and out effects her sales. What!! What a horrible thing to say to a customer. I told him to tell her we have spent a ton of $$ at your store so I think we are covered.

I went in to exchange a ring that had lost stones. My first girl was so sweet. She began to help immediately. The other two ladies in the store acted as if I was bringing a counterfeit ring into the store. “ I worked here 11 years I have never seen that ring”. Well it was around 3-5 when I bought it. She was one of the people who had originally helped me. It was the second time I had returned the ring for the same issue. Non of my transactions were in the computer. My new sales associate was great she put it iin The computer now there is a record of my return. The behavior and attitude of the older two associates did cause mine to start to behave a bit more reluctant to hep. Transaction complete. My ring was retired so I have a similar ring but not my original.

Our sales person was rude in the beginning and kinda chilled out towards the end, she was patient and understanding i guess but she had a bad attitude. And it’d be great if there are more workers to assist other customers.

I was unaware of the process in which everyone waits outside the store. It took 45 minutes just to enter the store and then I felt rushed as I didnt know exactly what I wanted to purchase ahead of time. No pressure from the associate, just didnt plan all the extra wait time, had my 3 small children with me, and I know many more were waiting to get in. Love the product, just didnt anticipate the long wait as there were only 2 associates working.

To whom it may concern, I asked the sale associated to show me some 25.00 charms but she ignore what I said My daughter ask another associate to show $25 Charms and she did so I was not please for real with her service

I was happy with my experience. It didn't seem the salesperson was onboard with my purchase. But, she was very helpful.

Had to wait over 15 minutes to get waited on. They did tell me they would be with me as soon as they could. All associates were busy’
