was asked if i needed anything for myself and i said oh yes. I needed an extender for my ME bracelet, was only shown one option and it was what I needed. But after getting home and looking on line, there are several options I could have been shown. I ordered a different one, the purple heart one, and will decide if I need to return the first one I bought. Other than that, my experience was great!!!!!! Would have not purchased anything for myself, had she not asked me:) Cudos to Sara, I believe was her name!

I was not greeted upon initial entrance to the store… I was not knowledgeable of how the payment machine works associate offered no assistance… asked bout other items no response

Once I got the product home it was very faded. I wasn't able to clean product to original state. The pinwheel charm looks nothing like the picture online.

The associate was very nice. The wait was long at the time of service. Also, the charms I wanted were out of stock. I ended up picking out what charms the had available after the 4th try.

I love pandora rings and the experience at the store. The only problem was the little amount of selection I had in my size in store. It could have been the specific size and the lady even let me know there wasn’t a lot, but it would have been nice to have a greater selection. Also, they kept pushing the diamond selection on us. I hope pandora isn’t trying to push products on people and focus more on the specialness behind getting a ring

Was told the free bracelet was only the standard size. Spending the agreed amount customer should have more sizes

A few items that I was lookin for was not there. The sales associate did not offer to order it online for me. There was no attempt to help find the items nor any alternative choices offered.
