Long Wait Time.

Pandora could offer a larger selection in Rose Gold charms.

Well I was not Highly Satisfied because of the waiting process. There was not enough assistance on duty. The experience was still done in a matter of time and a polite order.

Susan attitude was horrible!!!

I felt the more senior employee was less enjoyable than the one who greeted me once I entered the store. I almost wanted to ask for her to help me, but I didn't want to seem rude. The older woman was definitely knowledgeable and was patient as I wasn't sure on what exactly I wanted to get, and I can always appreciate that. I just felt more welcomed with the other associate that's all.

The store was busy, the sales associates were not paying attention to who was next and were taking customers out of turn adding to the wait.

I was satisfied with my purchase

When it's busy there needs to be a better way to take customers in the order of arrival.

Had to wait 10+ minutes for service, one charm not in stock
