I am in so often that the staff know me and my granddaughter. The same staff has been there for several years and knows the product and prices.

They have good charms and are willing to go beyond the normal.

The sales associate, Maurnice, was very helpful and friendly. She was patient and showed me various styles and items that she thought I would like. I didn't feel rushed or like I was annoying her with my indecisiveness and questions.

I was very satisfied with h my experience at Pandora. The sales associate was extremely patient with me while I tried to decide what charm(s) I wanted to purchase for my bracelet. She rearranged it several times so I could visually see what it would look like and gave me some very good suggestions while letting the decision be mine and not “pushing me” to hers or to just “hurry” me up. I went in for one charm and left with 3 for me and 1 for my daughter. LOVE how my bracelet is looking so far!!
