My sales associate was very accommodating. I has a theme in mind but I really was not prepared with the exact charms I was wanting to purchase, most of the time based on your books I come in with the exact charms that I am wanting, give the associate the numbers and it is very easy. This time I had to be more creative and she took the time and patience to help me create the perfect gift. She was amazing.

I received a bracelet as a gift and I thought it was too big. We went back to the store and they had me try on a couple different sizes to make sure they fit properly. The ladies were very patient and explained the difference between clips and charms and safety chains etc. So very nice and knowledgeable. I love my bracelet (even though they determined the one size you do not make a 22 is probably the right size for me) they assured me with wear and adding the weight of the charms my bracelet would stretch just a little. Now I can't wait to see what I get for Christmas!
