The sales associate was very nice and helpful. There was a line but that was to be expected so close to Christmas. My overall experience was very nice.

We were greeted (and not pressured) upon entering the store. Sales person was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Packaging was awesome. I left the store feeling that I was a valued customer, and that my needs were met; they made sure of that.

Anne was wonderful in recommending Christmas charms to add to my bracelet. She was wonderful in recommending selections I was looking for to add to my friend's bracelet. She was able to direct me to ideas to make my friend's bracelet able to fasten independently.

When I walked in I was greeted right away and got help right away. The sales person was very helpful. She was also nice and cared.

I am always highly satisfied with the service that I receive at this Pandora location. Fast friendly service. I will never use the Pandora website to purchase merchandise. I tried to use it to purchase what I purchased int he store prior to my store visit and I was unable to use my Pandora credit card for the purchase,

Upon entering the store, it wasn’t long before a sales person was available to help me. He listened to me describe what I was looking for and offered suggestions. He was knowledgeable and assisted me in making a great choice for my daughter.
