I really love the store its small and easy to find what you need, the sales associate was very well versed in everything Pandora, the buying process was very smooth!!

My sales associate was very knowledgeable and suggested different styles I may like as well as different ways to wear the ring. My only suggestion is that the store always seems to be short staffed. I had to wait 15-20 minutes for an associate and it was the middle of the week during the day....I can’t image how it would be on a Saturday!

I had an exchange and also purchased three new charms. The representative was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I always enjoy shopping at Pandora.

I went to the store after Christmas to exchange a gift. The store was busy so there was a line to stand in in order to get assistance, this was great because there was no confusion as to who was next. The line moved fast and I only waited about 5 minutes. Kelly was helpful and knowledgeable and was able to do the exchange in just a few minutes.

My new bracelet was too small. The sales associates looked in all of the boxes for a bracelet that fit. When she couldn't locate one she found several on display. She did all she could to make sure I had the perfect bracelet for me.

My mom wanted one of these and it would make a great gift to give on birthdays holidays etc just a little pricey
