Was easy to find someone to help cater to my needs. I bought a new bracelet and asked for a suggestion of what two clips to buy. She didn’t hesitate to show me what they had available and there was a lot to choose from. She was very knowledable on the price before even picking them up to confirm. I will definitely be back.

the Associate (Melinda, I think) was very very helpful. The store was very clean and neat, as always. The practice of the wrapping/presentation of the gifts are superb. Again, quite satisfied with this visit.

I went in to exchange a charm I already had that I recently received for my birthday. I called and spoke to the manager before coming in to verify that while I did not have the receipt that would not be a problem. It wasn’t. While on the phone I asked if they had the wintry delight charm and she advised that they had one left and would hold it for me. I have been trying to purchase this charm online since Black Friday. I signed up to be emailed if the status changed. As of today it is online as available but I never received an email advising me. I assumed that if it was available in store the website would advise me. It would be nice if your website would notify you of the nearest store where the charm is available if it is not available online.
