Great customer service

The staff at the West County location are always extremely friendly! I’m only in every few months, but they always remember me and the types of beads and charms that I prefer. They go out of their way to pull things I may not have seen that would go with past pieces I have purchased and have helped me reassemble my bracelets multiple times. Even if I am not making a huge purchase the ladies always say hello and make me feel welcome. Which is why I go to this location for my major purchases. Highly recommend.

Sales associates were very helpful providing information on the pandora products I was interested in. There are no stores were I live that sell pandora, so I stopped at this store because I happened to be traveling there the area.

I was highly satisfied because the sales associate was patient in assisting, me being a first time customer I had a lot of questions and changed my mind a lot she took her time in explaining to me how it works and what I needed and didn't need right this moment. Everything I purchased I felt was worth my money.

The sale person was friendly and knew her products.

Our helper was so nice! She help me pick out something special and related it to her life as well. She was very personable and knew what she was talking about.
