I enjoy as soon as I walked through the door how I was greeted with smiles and given the best customer service.

I received great customer service . The associate helped me decide which charms to get . I like that the associate didn’t make me feel rushed.

I went there primarily to have my charm bracelet cleaned, which you know is a free service, and they treated me like I was a $1000 paying customer. My associate was so friendly and helpful. Fortunately my granddaughter was with me and she loved the crown ring and a sparkling band to go with it. Our sales associate, Anne, was so patient with her and had her trying all combinations. My granddaughter is thrilled with her selection for her graduation. And Anne immediately showed us the free gift we would receive for making a purchase. My granddaughter selected another ring that matches what we already purchased. Was a fun experience.

The staff are well trained. They know the product, help with your choice and you feel like they want you to be satisfied. On this trip I was only looking for one item. I still had their full attention. Mashable Z was perfect.
