High quality, friendly and patience

This was my first bracelet purchase, my sales associate was very patient as I looked through all of the beads I liked and placed them on the bracelet for me so I could see what it looked like. All of the associates were friendly and professional.

My sales person went out of her way to give me the charm that I wanted so bad off her own bracelet. She also made sure she looked and located all the other charms I was looking for. Best experience ever since I been building my charms bracelet.
