Initially I did not like the way the associate was showing me the selection of charms. She made me feel as though she felt like I was going to steal the merchandise. In the past I’ve always been able to look at the whole tray of charms. She brought them out one by one. I felt very limited. This particular store didn’t have tarnish cloths but, she did go out of her way to find me something better from a past promotion so I did walk away appreciative!

We have always had a good experience when we visit the store. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about their products and there always seems to be a sale or special going on.

The staff was friendly to not only me but everyone in the store. Everyone knew what they were talking about and well versed in the products. Most importantly they listened to what I was looking for.

The sales associate Ashlyn was extremely nice and willing. She was not just trying to sell me something but she wanted to make sure I left financially satisfied but also satisfied with what I chose style wise. It felt personal

Ann has been like my personal shopper and I appreciate her expertise. The other associates are also welcoming and friendly. I have also consulted Beth at times who is also very knowledgeable.

The store is in a perfect corner location in the mall and visible from all angles. Our sales associatex Susan was extremely patient and more than helpful. I must have tried on every ring and bracelet in the store. My mom and I took advantage of the sale and ended up leaving with three free bracelets, rings and charms! We’re very picky and spent almost two hours picking out our jewelry...Susan cleaned our old bracelets and was nice enough to help arrange our charms on the new ones! We will definitely be back to see her!

I love the products and have many bracelets. I love the new products.
