I was looking for a bead to remember our girls shopping trip and the associate showed me three different options plus she explained that I needed a stopper bead for my bracelet. I bought 3 beads!

This was my first time in the store. I came in to try on bracelet to order online. I was surprised that the bracelet and all the charms I wanted were in stock

The people who helped were very nice and friendly with my looking. The store had what I was looking, it was ‘that’s it’ moment. I had no complications with this purchase or looking for it.

Greeted as soon as I entered the door and asked how I wished to be helped. Merchandise was made available to see up close and touch. No pressure to purchase a particular item because “this is you”.
