I was highly satisfied with your West County store in St. Louis, where I made my purchase. I was not so much happy with the St. Louis Galleria location. They did not have what I wanted, tried to make sense out of me spending $68 more to get what I wanted and did not offer to call another store to get me what I needed. I wish I had gotten the ladies' name as she was not very helpful at all and made me feel rushed because I did not want to buy a necklace and a bracelet to get the length I needed, which would have been too long and therefore was not a a good suggestion. I would have spent more and not been happy with the purchase. I left the store, called West County, got what I needed and Nicole made my experience a rewarding one as I was irritated and frustrated with my service at the Galleria. Thanks to Nicole I was able to get my 13 year a beautiful 1st necklace that will grow with her.

Pandora was very crowded due to the Christmas Holiday but the store has adequate staff which made shopping great. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

While we were deciding which three (3) of the four (4) charms we wanted, she had already calculated our savings on purchasing the three (3) or purchasing the four (4). She was really on top of her game; and, she located what we were interested in with no problems. Job well done!!!!

Sales people were very knowledgeable on the merchandise in the store. The store was very busy and organized. As busy as they were my wait was very short.
