The store was very busy when I got there but the sales associates were patient with everyone and were very friendly and helpful. Those that were waiting they reassured them they would be with them soon and they were.

I visited a different Pandora location the day before and the staff was not as friendly. Also they didn’t have my size in the bracelet I wanted nor did the associate offer to help me locate it in a different store. Today’s experience at the West County location was he complete opposite. Lisa was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely return to this location in the future!
