Lisa, the sales consultant, maybe the manager, was confident about the beads. She talked to me very comfortable about the brand and the beads. The store was bright, and not much traffic in the store, so it made it easy to shop. I did not have to wait or sign in, because there was only two other customers in there. Also the sale had been extended until 6/30.
