I love love my west county mall team on St. Louis mo. Nicole, Amber, and Dianna are awesome every time i go in!!!

The store was busy, but sales associate took all the time we needed to find my items.

I had to wait a short time in line outside the store, but it was all done in a safe way.We had social distance and a very patient line. When it was my turn I watched them clean the area, before I approached. Everyone was wearing masks, we were 6ft apart. I was impressed by how quickly we found what I came for, even though I had to change the clips, and type of bracelet. I left very happy with my purchase, and will return to this store

We went into the store to get a charm for my granddaughter’s 16th birthday. We were happy with what we found. We made the purchase and left the store fine. I had to move the barrier so my wife can get into the store with me.

I really loved the friendliness of the store especially Diana she made me feel good In spending my money i will only go to that location. I just love all the employees from the manager Nicole awesome team
