I was so impress with the customer services and the policy of the store. I originally went there to buy rings and also I had a question on what the policy was on replacing stone on ring and how much would they charge, I was choked because it was free and they exchange on the spot, took my old ring and gave me a new one. I was amazed I couldn't believe it. but hey, that's why I love love pandora. thank you. I will definitely be back.
