I called ahead to find out if they had a certain type of charm/spacer. They took the time to check, if and how many. When I went to the store they still had them, plus some additional ones that worked. The sales associate was very helpful, and made some suggestions that worked. She never made me feel rushed, even though others were waiting.

I highly enjoyed my experience with Diana at the West County Store in St. Louis. She was very nice and helped me make the best decision!

I was very please and the Clerk Susan at the West County Mall. St. Louis, MO was very nice and helpful with me get myself a gift for me.

Earlier in the day I called the store and had them hold the item for me, as the item was out of stock on line. It was also the last the store had. When I got to the store, they had just started the process of closing up for the night, but they were still kind enough to assist me, and let me purchase the on hold item. Susan, the sales associate who helped me was very kind and friendly! I also appreciate and applaud all the staff for wearing masks!
