Machines were tight, but sandwich was good.

Nothing specific to share about our experience. They were very busy and we simply stopped to play a slot machine quickly.

Dirty, smoky

Bathrooms were gross

We planned to stay at the ameristar hotel so we would not have to drive after drinking. After checking in we did not receive the room we booked. We booked a non smoking room with king bed. We were given a smoking room with 2 full size beds. We are now ready to go to casino. We were told at the front desk the trolly comes every 15 minutes. We stand outside waiting for 30 minutes only to overhear a conversation that the trolly was broken. So the whole purpose of us getting a room was blown. We get in car and drive to casino. We decide to get a players club card after they get all my info the printer breaks. So we get in another line to finish getting cards. We were told first time card members would get $50 dollars after spending $50. So we ate at Bourbons. That was the only good part of our night the food and service was great. We then decide to gamble $50. After we lost the $50 the free $50 wasn't on our card. So we get in line again and ask about the money. We were told they corrected the problem and the money was on the card. So off to the machines agin. No money was on the card. Back to line line for the 3rd time. Finally they tell us we should have given us a PIN number the first time they issued the card. So we finally get the $50 dollars. After loosing it we decide to go to the deli style restaurant to get a dessert. After waiting at the bar for awhile and nobody asked what we wanted to order we left and drove to Dairy Queen for dessert. Went to room which was NOT cool at all. We didn't sleep good because we were hot all night. We will never ever go back. Just poor service all the way around
