First concert, awesome experience

My husband works Time Warner and was given free tickets.

Nice place to see a concert.

The facility is clean and easy to navigate. Food and beverages are extremely overpriced which is why I did not make a purchase.

Great concert and atmosphere

When we got to our seats (group of 5) we discovered that there was a huge spotlight directly in front of us blocking our view of the stage. I usually don't bother customer service or ask for things but for some reason I decided to go ask about possibly moving to other seats if any were open. I asked- the customer service rep went to look at our seats, came back & offered us different seats because of our obstructed views- lucky for us this change was an upgrade too!! We went from section 209 row F to section 112 row K and because of that we had an even better time!! Time Warners staff were truly amazing and made sure that our experience was the best it could be.
