Great tone for the entire family!!

great slides,friendly staff. A quick walk from many motels around Universal.

We enjoyed our visit at wet and wild. The facility was a bit dated and the restrooms were really wet and therefore hard to dress without getting your clothes wet. The food and locker rental was a bit high considering the price of admission.

the weigbt restrictiom is humiliating if not posted. we tried to go on the black jole. didn't see a weight restriction and were jumiliated because of the loud beeping it has to say we were over weight. post weights and get a new system.

Lines were to long employees were rude and very slow.

They need to keep the park open longer and get rid of the "tokens" for certain rides. We waited in line forever just to be told we can't ride the rides because we didn't have tokens.

The other customers were rude.
