Great place

The hotel was nice. However we had a little problem with the bill. This was not a big deal to me because mistakes happen. However the manager never came to help us. He/she just kept sending workers down to try to help. They were not able to help us so we left with the problem unresolved. I found this very unprofessional. Mistakes happen but the way a manager handles it can make or break a business.

tthey need to do better with the bathroom the toilet was leaking water and it seems the elevator need some service also.

I wasn't inside for long. Just picking up my mom to go to dinner. It was a pretty generic hotel with all the basics.

Shower head too low. Barking dog all night. But the restaurant was great as was its staff

Elevator was out and tub was a little old but for value, couldn't beat it.

The hotel seemed nice on the website however our room AC did not work. I was told that it was because we were on the top floor. Someone came by to check on it however nothing could be done. They told me they had lots of complaints about the same issue. The manager was worthless and barely offered an apology. Never staying here again.
