Do not like the smoke at all. Need more air filters. Food at Koi was average, much better in the past.

The white pizza was raw dough under the cheese

The bartender wouldn't take a picture of me and my family... We spent quite a bit of money in their establishment and I didn't appreciate his condescending attitude.

I've been coming to this casino for years now. Dinner at the western door was outstanding. A friend paid. Now she comes to your casino alllllll the time because she gets free rooms sent to her and comp $$. Doesn't spend a lot. But gets freebies. I on the other hand couldn't get a freebie if my life depended on it. I stopped using my card because why bother? As for the restrooms cleanliness it's better than last time. Still can not find a cocktail server to save my life. I do miss the self serve soda. Thanks for listening. T ridge. Tonawanda. N Y

Nice dinner at buffet.

Dealer made error at table. Manager gave us attitude about it when we called him on it. Very smoky. People at entrance were friendly. Valet good.
