The beverage service is horrible at both Seneca Niagara and Buffalo Creek. My husband and I went on New Years Day (1:30am)to Buffalo Seneca and not one cocktail waitress asked if either of us needed a drink! I had to go purchase 4 coffees and guess where I finally saw a waitress? Yep at the snack bar getting Roland's for a customer. Asked where everyone was and she said they didn't call in anyone else in to work? Seneca Niagara is just as bad.

They were very chenci with turkey. Not a good idea on thanksgiving. Very disappointed in the buffet. I was out of town visiting and thought they would be the best and was sadly disappointed
