Better food selections would be nice

Dining room was noisy, so I asked for a different table, and the hostess changed my table. When checking in, the customer in front of me was asked if he was a member of the loyalty club and was given information about it, but when I checked in, she did not ask me or offer the same information.

Everything in this hotel is highway robbery. Discount rate of $125 a day but 2 day stay has a $400 charge on my bank card. Internet an extra $10 a day. Movies on demand $18-20 each. Gift shop charges 10 times normal price for incidentals. Room is ok

The prices are ridiculous for the location. Smells like smoke, needs updating. Will not stay here again. Brings down the Hyatt reputation
