Hyatt Regency Lexington

I went to the Hyatt for some coffee on my way to work. The staff is always friendly and the place is always very clean.

We went to visit friends and the space was beautiful. It was also secluded enough to have a private space for the family.

Customer service was not very good. My reservation was not correct, there was tooth paste still on the bathroom vanity. When we checked in, the keys we were given were for the wrong room.

The hotel manger is very helpful and friendly

My room was next to the elevators and I barely slept at all, other than that it was great.

Room was clean. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin and I could hear a lot of noisy guests.
