The theater is spacious and has great selections, concessions are nice and the facility is always clean.

The popcorn was stale even though it had just been popped. The movie was great, the theater was clean. The arcade was awful and broken machines everywhere. The lines were way too long and plenty of other box office and registers at concessions to be open.

Movie didn't start on time but everything else was fine.

The theater needs updating. Sound, screens, lighting, and most importantly, seating. The staff needs extensive customer service training, and so does the management. They staff also needs to learn about setting the theater environment.

Decent theater, needs to be upgraded completely. Good deals are In place, please continue to save the guest money.

Clean theater with nice atmosphere.

AMC Festival Plaza was formerly Rave Festival Plaza. When the Rave came to Montgomery over a decade ago it was great, but now that AMC is here, it needs a complete remodel, the seats are not as comfortable as the new Carmike Cinemas that just got built in town, and it needs projector, screen, seat, and just overall face lifts all over the complex. It's still a nice facility overall but it's aging. The men's restroom needs more privacy, and constant cleaning, at least every thirty minutes, a checkup. The staff needs training on customer service, and the ticket purchasing kiosks need to be maintained constantly to make sure they are working all the time, not just some of the time, and that if they aren't working temporarily then a sign needs to be put up, or an error screen saver, so that guests don't have to find out themselves, when they are trying to pay using the kiosk. So I guess I'm trying to say it's a decent theater, but it needs a whole lot of work to make it better.

Business as usual. The cleanup staff was slow getting to the theater to clean from the previous show; then, when we went in it wasn't even clean. They had picked up some trash, but there was still a lot left. It was disappointing.

Good overall, a little stuffy inside
