Ritz Carltons are great hotels with everyone usually saying "it's my pleasure!"- It has not been our experience here at this location. It is a beautiful venue for Travelers here at Dana Point. Service has been good but not amazing. The bar is so high when comparing them to other R Carltons. Their banquet staff has not been quite as efficient as previous experiences. But the food was excellent.

Beautif location for a family lunch, great view.

Stunning location. Just went for a meeting, did not get to fully experience the hotel
