Hyatt Regency Birmingham - The Wynfrey Hotel

Beautiful place. We stayed while school shopping. No one told me we would have to pay for parking. Front desk was not so friendly, but the housekeeping people were super nice. Expensive, but really nice.

Expensive food. Horrible parking.

Te staff was wonderful. The bar was great and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. But given a closer look, you could tell they had cut a few corners. Like the bed quilt was shabby so they covered it up with a bedsheet to make it look nice. There were no fitted sheets. The coffee maker was not a kureg. There was no light switch. The staff and lobby exceeded our expectations tough. Great stay, and we'll come again!

The catering crew was not very good. Took forever for them to bus tables! When I asked one to take my plate, he told me to wait for my server! He spilled something twice.
