Everything in the store was clean and the man who served us was very understanding of needs. He was very helpful and it was a pleasure to be his customer.

I just popped in to browse and was met by Stephanie, who was so friendly and helpful. She tested me, finding the most suitable mattress and showed me many options. Her product knowledge and professionalism was outstanding.

From walking through the door Bernie was efficient and knowledgeable and took care of our needs.

Fabulous customer service from Berny, she was helpful, knowledgable and just a lovely person to interact with. She has offered us help beyond this one visit and is keeping an eye on products that are currently out of stock, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

the assistant called Berni in Cumbernauld was very professional and highly skilled in navigating us to the most suitable mattresses for our needs. she even sold us pillows !

The assistant Bernadette was attentive but not overbearing, she took time to explain the options and choices we had, was so friendly (as was her colleague), she took details of our order, showing us what we we had ordered on the screen, gave us details of our delivery date etc and provided a cover for our old bed to allow the delivery people to take it away. We spoke about the possibililty of updating one of our other beds and again she gave us possible options we could try rather than just selling at all costs, very appreciative of the time she took was us.
