Stacey, the sales assistant, helped us to decide the type of bed - and mattress - we required. She took her time to explain the different types of beds and mattresses available and helped us reach our decision.

Stuart, our adviser was very helpful. He guided us to the products that we wanted to see and then suggested similar products so that we had a varied choice. We were given time to look around the shop and never felt pressured. Once we had made our choice, the sale was processed quickly and efficiently. Our overall experience was very good, our kids were also made to feel very welcome which made a huge difference to us.
