Questions on all aspects of our requirements and about suitable products were skilfully, efficiently and cheerfully handled and we were made to feel comfortable and welcome.

Really helpful and knowledgeable

The assistant, Stacey, was great. She was very friendly and spent time understanding our needs. We had her full attention during our visit and she did not push to sell a more expensive item which often happens elsewhere.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and able to offer the service that we were looking for. We had looked at deals online prior to our visit to the store and staff were able to facilitate our search by directing us to the appropriate mattresses that we required.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I visited in December and the staff were not pushy or highly sales motivated which made me come back, if they were overly pushy it would have put me off. They were pleasant and gave me a lot of their time and nothing seemed to be to much hassle

Staff very very courteous, one staff member also asked if we would like tea or coffee while we were placing our order. You don’t see that happening very often!

Also, we were left alone to discuss what was suitable for our needs, and your Dream Colleague was always available for any questions we had. All costs were expained. We cannot fault the sevice we got. Your Dream Colleage should be commended for his service.

We phoned the Irvine branch for information about a mattress for sale online. As it was not for sale in the shop, your representative (Stuart) gave me an alternative with a quicker delivery date. I visited the shop and was greeted warmly by Stuart and gave me the opportunity to test the bed before purchase. I agreed to buy the mattress and as expected tried to upsell other items. He was informative, listened to what I wanted and put forward a satisfactory alternative. Excellent experience all round
