We went in without really knowing what we wanted & Stacey was able to establish quite quickly what we did & didn’t want & give us lots of options.

Salesman was helpful but not pushy, have gave us time to explain what we wanted and what we did not want, he answered all my questions without hesitation. I do not normally have patience with salespeople as they just want the sale and dont care if the customer is happy.... Our salesman was polite, knowledgeable and not pushy hence why I will go back to and recommend Dreams in Irvine. Excellent service excellent salesman.

I was treated in a very professional but friendly way by Stuart and the other staff in the store.

Stacey was amazing in the Irvine store. She was very helpful and even made us a coffee. She gave us a very good deal and made us feel comfortable!

Greeted by very friendly staff on entering the store. We looked around and were directed to the part of the store with the type of beds we were looking to purchase. Shop assistant was very helpful and showed us the storage under several ottoman beds and advised us of the colours each one came in along with the estimated delivery time for the beds. We then visited another dreams store to see if there were any other beds on show but the stock was the sme so we returned to the original store to purchase as the assistant had been very helpful and had spent a fair bit of time giving us all the information we needed which helped make our purchase an easy one

Friendly, courteous member of staff (Stuart) who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and listened to our requirements. Very knowledgeable re the products and helped us to find the right bed. I would definitely return to Dreams and would hope to be assisted by Stuart again.

Our salesperson, Stacey, was exceptionally friendly, knowledgable and professional. Finding a balance between professional service and building rapport is extremely difficult, and Stacey did so beautifully. Even though we only made a small purchase today, we will be back in the summer to make a MUCH larger purchase, primarily based on the level of customer service we received. We managed to learn about all the products we were interested in purchasing in the future, while not feeling pressured into buying there and then which was extremely important to us as we are a young couple with a limited income. Overall, we couldn't be happier and would highly recommend dealing with Stacey in the future to our family and friends. An absolute gem.
