Used the dream machine to determine the type of bed that was suitable which helped us zero in on the mattress that suited us best. Kenneth was very helpful and allowed us the time to try different mattresses; we did not feed under pressure to hurry or that all he was after was a sale - that us getting the correct mattress was in his interest.

Kenny allowed us to use the mattress checking tool which confirmed our initial mattress selection.

Stuart was great with us and was lovely with the kids, distracted the kids with some colouring in while we did the technical stuff. Really helpful at sticking to our budget and a few goodies thrown in at the end was a nice touch x

From entering the store until leaving we were looked after by Stuart. He was very helpful and informative. Stress free visit and got exactly what we were looking for. Thank you

the assistant Stacey was very helpful and professional, I| last attended at Dreams around six months ago and no one at all approached me or tried to assist me Stacey was like a breath of fresh air

The shop assistant spent time going over the mattress with me. They did not pressure me to buy it straight away and gave me time to figure what was best for me. They were able to provide me knowledge of what I want to know about pillows etc.
