The sales assistant was great..spoke us through everything also tried out the machine that tells us what kind of matress we need..she put us at ease and was fantastic at telling us about the product we bought..very good

I was extremely happy with the level of customer service I received. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made my experience a positive one.

The assistant was incredible knowledgeable about the different materials, colours and options that each bed came in. I told her what I was looking for and she was abie to advise me on the best product for my needs. I was really pleased with the variety of mattresses that were on offer as I required one to keep me cool. Although they were expensive, having an existing dreams bed, I knew that it was worth the cost for the quality. I had no intention of buying a bed that day, however, as the one I chose was exactly what I was looking for, I went ahead with the purchase. I will be purchasing a kingsized bed soon and I will certainly be visiting this store as my first option.

Kenny took time to listen to what I needed, showed me relevant mattresses, let me take as much time as I needed trying them out, was not pushy, was friendly and helpful. Got best mattress for me and extras at half price etc.
